JOB DESCRIPTION:                      Develop and execute territory business plan that results in achievement of assigned sales quota for assigned products. Develop and maintain expert level product knowledge, business acumen, and proven sales processes for assigned products. Conduct clinical/reimbursement in-service training programs with appropriate customers. Educate patients in clinic setting on the proper use of the prescribed product. Assist organization with projects to include but not limited to: test markets, market surveys, product idea evaluations, and competitive research. Adhere to inventory and sample control processes which include but are not limited to compliance regulations, cost control measures, and field/sample inventory management.

JOB DESCRIPTION:                      Will have a customized rotation plan, which includes 34 assignments at a single location over a 2 year period. Those locations include Sacramento, CA; Napoleon, OH; Paris, TX; and Maxton, NC. The individuals in this program will gain experience in industrial/process engineering, as well as the ability to work in several of the following departments: safety, quality, maintenance, planning, plant commercialization, human resources, warehouse/customer service, finance, procurement, as well as operations front line supervision. Accountabilities and deliverables will be agreed upon at the beginning of each rotation, such as owning a piece of a capital project, implementation of a reliability initiative, product yield improvement, process improvement, finished goods storage analysis, qualifying a new product for launch, etc…
