On-The-Job Training assists employers with their training needs by offering re-imbursement of up to 50% of a current employee's wages incurred during their training period.
Customized training is training designed to meet the needs of a specific employer, or group of employers. It can be provided for the introduction of new technologies, or to new production or service procedures, upgrading existing skills, or workplace literacy. Training costs will be shared between the employer and JOBsoluions.
Recruitment and Employer Screening:
JOBsolutions can advertise, interview, assess and screen applicants for your open positions within your company or organization. Candidates that would meet your qualifications would then be referred to you. Standard applications are also available for employer use in seeking qualified employment candidates.

During economic downturns, if a closing or downsizing is inevitable, we offer on-site information and assistance for unemployment services, re-employment, retraining opportunities, and job searching assistance for your employees. Information on other County, State and Federal assistance programs that can provide assistance during the hard times for your employees can also be provided.

Labor Market Information is a source for reports and data about employment levels, unemployment rates, wages and earnings, employment projections, jobs training resources and careers. It is available to employers in various formats.
Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WTOC):
The Work Opportunity Tax Credit Program is a federal tax credit which provides Ohio employers with a tax credit against their federal tax liability for hiring individuals from target groups of disadvantaged job seekers.
